Whether you are vising to enjoy the weekend boating; spending a week to get away or anything in between, we have something for you! Boat ramp and pool are so close. The Big South Fork River boat ramp is directly behind the house. The Gate 5 pool is conveniently across the street! Like to go exploring and hiking? We back up to the Daniel Boone National Forest! General Burnside State Park is 20 minutes away and The Natural Arch is about 30 minutes away. Looking to take your buggy out to the trails? We are just over an hour drive to Wildcat Off Road Park!  We have plenty of parking with first come, first serve boat/trailer parking areas. 

If you plan to stay put all day, we have plenty of games and even a wall mounted arcade game. The bedrooms and living room have smart TV's with Roku for you to log into to access Netflix, Hulu or your favorite streaming platform. 

Our kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare food for the day. We provide flour, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, misc. spices, trash bags, storage bags, foil and much more. 

Bedding linens and towels provided. Bathrooms stocked with starter packages of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and toilet paper.
